Read here (and hear!) Julianne Swartz's sound installations on the newly opened High Line! I just paused for a drink at the northern-most water fountain, and the soothing digitized voice told me, "you deserve to relax". So I marched down the stairs to The Lot and picked up a slushie Arnold Palmer at Kelvin Natural Slush Co., because relaxation was in order.
